About

B-Wide is a consultancy firm based in Rome advising Companies committed to the process of the expansion of their business at an international level.

Our mission consists in identifying new opportunities for growth through the development of comprehensive customer and marketing analyses as well as operational support to manage the efforts of our Clients to expand on foreign markets.

The decision to compete at an international level is the result of the evolution of the Client’s vision about its own future. For this reason, we customize each solution highlighting priorities and providing suggestions according to the specific needs of each of our Clients.

Our areas of specialization are in international marketing, brand positioning, trade and distribution, securing partnerships or joint-venture opportunities, and the sourcing of Italian products and services for the international buyers.

From 2001 to 2010, we have assisted private companies within Confindustria, the leading organization that represents the manufacturing, construction, energy, transport, ITC, tourism and service providers industries.

In 2008, the experience gained from dealing with government and business entities in Italy and abroad, led to the decision to advice Companies in their internationalization process on a continuous basis, enhancing the opportunities provided by the most emerging markets.

Our approach involves a combination of the following stages:

Initial Assessment

An initial meeting between our team and the Client is carried out in order to ascertain the requirements and objectives. This meeting is followed up by an exchange of information pertinent to the Client’s wishes and prospects. All matters remain confidential.

Preliminary Report

Prior to any entry strategy into the new market, we deliver a preliminary report that will help the Client to understand its options. Our follow-up report provides a thorough assessment of the strength and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Client’s business with respect to the new market environment, together with the corresponding approximate investments required.

Appointment

Once the Client has approved the options and related budgets, a contract of appointment is signed in order to undertake the necessary actions in Italy and abroad. It may be necessary, from time to time, for the Client to provide us an exclusive appointment for a specific period of time, depending on the size of the project or the activities to be carried out.

Performance

Our services are focused on innovative and customized solutions required by the traditional core business of our Client in order to increase its presence in the foreign markets. Our performance takes place with a particular emphasis on coordinating all activities across the different territories concerned with the project.
